• Nomination Inquiries — Category fit advice, submission guidelines, eligibility questions, deadline confirmations. Routed to our Nominations Director.
• Sponsorship & Partnership — Tier details, brand integration options, gala logistics, custom partnerships. Routed to our Partnerships Director.
• Gala Registration — Seat allocation, table bookings, hotel arrangements, attendance for invited guests and partners. Routed to our Gala Concierge team.
• Media & Press — Press accreditation, embargoed information, winner interviews, editorial coverage. Routed to our Communications Director.
• Jury Applications — Expressions of interest in joining our jury panel. Routed to our Council Chair's office.
• General Inquiries — Everything else. Routed to our front-desk team for triage and response.

Our Office

The Arabian Best of Best Awards is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our office hosts our core operations team, jury coordination function, and partnerships group. Visits are by appointment only — please arrange a time in advance via email if you'd like to meet in person.

For Past Winners

Past winners have a dedicated alumni-relations channel separate from general inquiries. If you're a past winner needing assistance with your laurel licensing, alumni network access, or event invitations, please use the dedicated alumni email shared in your post-gala welcome pack. If you no longer have it, simply note "Past Winner" in your inquiry and we'll route you accordingly.
